David joined Crossfin in 2022 as an Investment Associate responsible for analysing new investment opportunities, transaction execution and portfolio management. David holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from the University of Stellenbosch and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte South Africa in 2017.  After completing his articles, David gained Corporate Finance experience at a mid-tier firm before joining a Private Equity firm focused on investments within the financial services and retail sectors across Sub-Saharan Africa. David has experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, capital raising, valuations and financial due diligence.
